Heart Roasters celebrated their opening nearly a month ago, and in that short time they have established themselves as a neighborhood roastery in a town of coffee aficionados. Located on East Burnside at 22nd Avenue, Heart boasts a comfortable, well-designed space and the waft of freshly roasted beans.
