Hot off the Press: Poster by Rigamaru
Written on October 26, 2009 by Nicole Lavelle

Exploding humans composed of butterflies.
Poster, 2/0, 11″x17″, Environment PC100 100# Text White, Pantone soy-based inks.
Rigamaru is the brainchild of Meghan Kinder and Chris Sasaki. They make creative goods inspired by the joys of childhood, they say, “when our creative outlook was larger and unfettered, when we nebulously followed our noses and the journey became the destination, when there was no distinction between aesthetic triumph or mishap.”
Beautiful! We could all learn something from that outlook. These posters are indicative of their fun approach: how can you not giggle a little when a man spontaneously explodes into butterflies?
Rigamaru just returned from the Alternative Press Expo in San Francisco, and next up for them is an online store where you can purchase all of their great products.
